WinCal Setup and Calibration Software

WinCal is a setup software program running under MS Windows on any PC or Notebook computer. The Utility software is used to perform basic balance of the TDR circuit and to generated and upload material specific calibrations. The software is for setting calibration and other basic functions for all MESA TRIME TDR soil moisture devices. Contact MESA for the recommended use of these programs.
