SM-TEMP RTD Temperature Module
The SM-TEMP Pt100 RTD modules communicate temperature readings using the IMPbus serial interface, a standard communication interface for the GW moisture transmitters. SM-TEMP-RTD modules come in three versions and connect up to 12 Pt100 RTD elements to one module. The SM-TEMP is used to monitor the temperature in insulted NEMA4X cabinets or for multi-drop process temperature measurements.When SM TEMP modules are remotely located and will be interfaced to a PLC or SCADA system, the MESA M-PIM-0212 Process Interface Module connects up to 16 points with a reliable serial data bus. The M-PIM is described in detail bellow.
