TRIME Data Pilot

The TRIME Data Pilot is an easy to use field portable data management device. The Pilot Control software, runs on any Compaq iPAQ Pocket PC running Windows CE and having a RS-232-interface. The Data Pilot is configured for field data management of soil moisture measurements, with a clear user-friendly graphical interface. You can collect a lot of soil moisture measurements data points, fast and accurately without pencil and paper. The Data Pilot includes a flexible protective battery-case that ensures that the TRIME-Data-Pilot works reliably even in damp and wet surroundings.


The Data Pilot connects to any TRIME TDR-device including TRIME-IPH, TRIME-FM, TRIME-ES and TRIME-EZ/IT using the standard RS-232 interface. The serial format provides the means for directly extracting the recorded moisture readings with the TRIME-Data-Pilot and storing them in a file. Incorporate site-specific data, written comments even verbal notes can be directly input in the Data Pilot, on location. Using Windows-CE, the recorded data can be easily analyzed with MS-EXCEL. The Palm-PC provides the USB interface as the standard for the transfer of data.
